In 2005, my exploration into the possibili-
ties of clay began. A material that can be
hard to handle but also has a lot to offer.
Architectural and organic forms I find
most interesting, or a combination but
also contrasts and textures.
How the material feels and through fire
transforms into a solid mass. Almost
indestructible, ...
In 2016 I graduated in ceramics at IKO,
the academy of arts in Hoogstraten Belgium.
During 2012, I got the opportunity to work
for sundaymorning@ekwc, an international
workplace where architects, artists and
designers explore the artistic but also
technical aspects of ceramics.
A great place to gain experience
and inspiration.
Just take a look here.
